The Prescient Solutions Process has been refined through 10 years of successful experience in the IT Services industry. It begins with Discovery & Assessment. In this stage we thoroughly review, inventory and assess a client's current IT environment including hardware and software. We determine the resources needed and then we audit the security, performance and reliability of the infrastructure, servers and helpdesk. The benefits to this stage are that it establishes a baseline and clearly identifies vulnerabilities, system faults and inefficiencies. As part of this stage we provide detailed support documentation that defines the areas of concern and then makes recommendations on how to address them.
