Q: What is the Prescient Solutions process? A: Our three-tiered Process begins with Discovery & Assessment. In this stage we thoroughly review, inventory and audit a client's current IT environment. Next, during our Approach & Remediation stage we define and prioritize the scope of necessary work and create a detailed timeline and plan to achieve our goals. Finally, we provide Ongoing Operations/Quality Assurance. Here, we put our plan into action and provide 24/7 support to ensure optimal performance.

Most of our clients find it is both efficient and effective to go through each stage of our Process but there are certain clients who require a more customized approach. We tailor our services and approach to each client's individual needs.


Q: Who do I contact if I have a problem with any of your services or personnel? A: Every client is assigned a specific service team made up of local consultants plus a supervisor, manager and director. Each client is provided with a clear communication ladder complete with 24-hour contact information to allow for effective communications. Prescient suggests the implementation of network management tools that can automatically notify the appropriate client and Prescient personnel in case of service disruption. Tom Pettenon, our Vice President, Client Services, is responsible for the continuous support and the overall satisfaction of our ever-expanding client base. Costs

Q: Do you offer project pricing or do I have to sign a long-term service agreement? A: Prescient provides multiple services including project work and long-term assignments. We work with each client individually to determine the appropriate solutions and pricing.


Q: Do you charge for travel, parking, mileage, or work during non-business hours? Are there any extra costs associated with your services? A: Prescient understands that, in the IT industry, projects need to be completed at all hours of the day and night. As a result, Prescient does not charge for any "Overtime". If or when travel is required, all travel expenses are charged back to the client at actual cost.
